Write about anything — a file that would not convert, a refund, a bug, a tool you wish existed. If you are reporting a conversion that went wrong, telling us which bank or which program produced the file helps more than sending the file itself, which we would rather you did not send.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a file for you. Nothing you open here is stored anywhere, including by us, so there is no copy to retrieve. Keep your originals.
